Due to the personalization of your item(s) all payments must be paid in full through the acceptable forms of payment: PayPal or Wix Payments by card.  

All sales are final! Items are handmade and customized just as you request, for this reason there will be no REFUNDS once a payment is made, so please be sure you’d like to place an order at the time of purchase.

All questions should be sent using the "CONTACT US" link. Questions sent to social media platforms in regards to orders placed here will not be answered. All inquiries outside of business hours will be answered the following business day.


USPS Shipping:

Shipping and billing address should match when making a purchase. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase once orders are shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping might require more processing time. In addition, international shipping fees and taxes will be charged if required by your local government.

Once orders are shipped we hold no control over standard shipping arrival dates.

We are not responsible for lost packages after address is confirmed and once shipped the order shows delivered to the provided address. We will not replace anything lost or broken in transit. All packages are insured and claims should be filed through the carrier. 

All order details should be confirmed during the ordering process. Please check spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and shipping addresses during that time as are not able to change after order has been submitted. Specific requests are appreciated. To ensure that your item is made just how you’d like it, please refrain from granting full creative control. We can not be held responsible for incorrect information or missing details.

Average turnaround time for an order is 2-3 weeks excluding weekends and holidays. Bulk orders or orders containing bling, airbrushing, or personalization could take 2-4 weeks.

Rush orders requested before turnaround time will incur an extra $20 charge

A: As orders are customized in most cases, we require a production time of 2-3 weeks.

A: Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out after the turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.
